The slides feature a selection of infrastructure, taken between the 1960's and the 1980's, featuring stations, signal boxes (including interiors), signage, closure notices, sidings, station frontages, bridges, rolling stock etc. There are a couple of overseas slides and non railway subjects. Locations include: Leicester Central, Glasgow St Enoch, Narborough, Loughborough, Morecambe Promenade, Derby, Preston, York, Kyle of Lochalsh, Whetstone Station, Bolton, Saxby, etc. All the slides are well captioned on the mounts.
