UNITED NATIONS VIENNA OFFICES 1979 ESSAYS for proposed New York 15c issue, hand-painted in colour on cardboard with plastic overlay, submitted by Henryk Chylinski, with various marks on reverse, overall sizes approx 270x180mm. This design with changed colours was used for the Vienna 1979 4s Donaupark Definitive issue (Scott 3).
