A PAIR OF GEORGE II MAKER STAMPED BRASS CANDLE-SNUFFERS, CIRCA 1720-40. Of scissor form, one blade with a pointed end (for lifting the wick), and a serpentine-shaped box, the other with matching shaped blade stamped 'IS' (?), the handle bows of circular form, 17cm long.
