A c.1870 Copeland basket-form wall pocket, the front of the pocket has a reticulated lattice structure with solid sides and lower section. Impressed marks to rear for 'Copeland' above a crown with date code 'M71' for March 1871 besides. Height: 39.75cm
There is a resin type chip repair to the upper section of the back of the pocket, as well as a minor chip to the opening for hanging. No other damage.
