This original lithograph of the Black-headed Trogon (Trogon melanocephala) is from John Gould’s A Monograph of the Trogonidae, or Family of Trogons. Published by J Gould, Golden Square, London 1835 and printed by C Hullmandel. The lithograph, heightened with gum arabic, was drawn and lithographed by John and Elizabeth Gould and printed by C Hullmandel.
Size: approx. 21” x 15” (53cm x 38cm).
The print is in excellent condition on thick, high quality paper with small stain lower right egde. Please inspect the image carefully for any age related marks
