A Chinese miniature peach-shaped Jun-type 'Cadogan' ewer, Qianlong

The name 'Cadogan' was given to this group of peach-shaped vessels, which have no covers and are filled from the underside, after the Earl of Cadogan promoted their use as teapots in the early 19th century.
