A smokebox numberplate, 46241, from a LMS Coronation Class 8P 4-6-2 No 6241 CITY OF EDINBURGH built at Crewe in 1940 and streamlined when built. Its later sheds were Camden, Crewe North and Edge Hill from where it was withdrawn in September 1964 and sold for scrap to Cashmores at Great Bridge.
