A cased Georgian astronomical refracting telescope by Cary, London (1759-1825.) Constructed from brass with star finder and focussing wheel, the adjustable mount rotating through 360 degrees and standing on a folding tripod base, approximately 43" long. The mahogany fitted case containing five eyepieces.
