Good late Victorian mother of pearl and silver mounted whist card box, the hinged cover with applied silver suit corner emblems (Chester 1899/1900) and central cartouche, enclosing a lined interior with two Tom Thumb Whist markers held to the cover underside, also containing two sets of Dondorf playing cards and two pencils, 4" wide, 3" deep, 2.25" high; together with a mother of pearl jewellery box, snuff box with presentation inscription and tortoiseshell lining, and a circular box with cover (4)
