A WWI Carl Zeiss binocular, with individual eyepiece focussing, leather covered body, and black japanned finish, engraved in copper plate script “L C W Tarporley, 1914-1919 France-Egypt-Palestine-Persia”, with carrying strap, GC (slight wear); in leather case, the lid stamped “L.C.W” and inked name on the inside “L.C Wilson 1906” GC (worn); also a Heliograph 5” Mark V in its leather case with webbing straps. GC (the mirror slightly chipped, no stand); 2 sets of WWI field telephones with morse key and battery, in their carrying cases dated 1918 and 1919; and a WWI Orilux electric hand lamp, the case with initials “E J D”, with details of the owner.
