1909 - Map of Yorkshire North Riding with inset plan of York (map in good condition). Pages V and VI missing but photocopies inserted (not bound in).
Map of Yorkshire East Riding with inset plan of Hull (map in good condition).
Folding plan of Hull (good condition, very small tear in margin) but no folding plan of York. Binding poor, marked and torn spine but main text ok. Some foxing, mainly at front and splitting.
1913 - Binding poor, marked, split and repaired.
Map of Yorkshire North Riding with inset plan of York, small tear where bound in but generally good condition.
Foxing mainly at front (title, Index). Test generally ok but splitting.
Map of East Riding clean but 4" tear. No folding plan of York. Folding plan of Hull in good condition.
1921 - Binding poor, damp stained, marked and worn. No folding maps or plans. Foxing and marking. Loose leaves at back.
1925 - Binding worn, marked and faded. Splitting. Map of North Riding with inset plan of York has 1 1/2" tear but clean.
Map of North and East Ridings (sic) of Yorkshire small tear and folded creased corner.
Map of East Riding has small tear in margin.
No folding plan of York. Folding plan of Hull in good condition. Text generally clean.
