An early 19th century arched inlaid mahogany mantel clock by Widenham of London, with signed single fusee movement, the 4 5/8in. off-white Roman enamel dial signed 'Widdenham London', in a boxwood strung lancet shaped case withn gilt brass double headed eagle handles and stepped, plinth base with gilt brass ball feet, 14in. (35.5cm.) high. * Clock winds and appears to be in running order. Pendulum lock is missing. Movement appears to be original to case. Dial has some small flakes to enamel around winding hole and to edges. Smudging/scuffing to numerals due to abrasion from hands. No glass and bezel catch is detached and loose inside clock. Case good overall - a few old splits to veneer and old crack to veneer to top left of movement door. No case key.
