Richard Llewellyn Rathbone, an Arts and Crafts patinated copper tea caddy box and cover, 1897, petal lobed ovoid form with stepped and planished lid, silvered interior, stamped marks 1897 629, 11cm diameter Note: Rathbone patented the technique for oxidising copper to a particular finish, which was later purchased by Jesson, Birkett and Co and used by A E Jones.
