Brown" and "Reprieve to be sent by Express" with "Secretary of States Office" in the lower corner, addressed "To the High Sheriff for the County of Lancaster, or his Deputy, and in their absence to the Keeper of the Gaol, and all others whom it may concern at Lancaster".
