A GEORGE IV SILVER VINAIGRETTE, maker Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham 1829, of plain oblong form bright cut engraved with the all-seeing eye "May it watch over you" within a foliate border, the base engraved "WMB to HB", hinged and opening to reveal a foliate scroll pierced and engraved grille, the majority with original gilding, 1 1/2" wide (Est. plus 21% premium inc. VAT)
16.7g, good, bar wear to some gilding on chased rim, the "ground" does not appear to have been gilded to emphasise decoration
