Fine used example sent from London to Whitby, Yorkshire cancelled by a London ‘7’ MC backstamped by a London datestamp for MY.1.1844 backstamped by a blue Whitby arrival for the following day. An unusual contrary to regulations cover cancelled by a MC on the first day of use/issue of the numeral cancellation. Odd.
