A French Sèvres gilt and polychrome enamelled porcelain cabinet plate, mid 18th century. Hand gilt and painted with a rural scene depicting exotic birds to the centre enclosed by concentric bands of floral and foliate decoration against a blue and white ground. The reverse with interlaced double Louis mark and date letter K for 1763. 24 cm diameter. Condition report: Good condition. Some very light surface wear mainly to the gilding. No sign of cracks, chips, or restoration.
