An LMSR 1926 General Strike medal, helmeted figure of Britannia seated l. hand resting on shield, holding a laurel, 'For Service in National Emergency' May 1926. Reverse three draped figures holding two locomotives. 51 mm, in case of issue. (Eimer 2003).
