An East African Railways numberplate, 1310, from a metre gauge 13 Class 4-8-2T built by the North British Locomotive Co, Works No 27069, in 1952, later converted to a 4-8-4T because of a tendency to derail when operated in reverse. Cast brass, 17½"x6½", the front repainted, rear lugs. (Postage Band: D)
