A pair of large Chinese Famille rose porcelain baluster vases with pieced cloud handles. Probably late Qing dynasty. Painted with a group of characters one sage-like figure riding on a tiger one of his companions has a small blue monkey and the other holds aloft a smoking censer with a dragon emanates from the clouds of smoke above. Bearing an apocryphal red six-character mark in seal for Qianlong to the bases. 45 cm high x 23 cm wide
