A late 19th/early 20th century Copelands twin handled vase, painted with a lady playing the violin to one side, signed S.Alcock for Samuel Alcock, the other side decorated with a motifs with raised enamel in the style of semi-precious stones, twin pierced handles, highlighted in gilt, with retailer's mark for Gilman, Collamore & Co., New York to the base, 21.5cm high x 15.5cm wide

More Information

The whole vase is glaze crazed. There is a tiny bit of wear to the gilding on the rim. No apparent signs of serious damage.
