Fees

A Chinese cloisonné figure of a stag, standing on a lotus leaf style base, probably Qing Dynasty, 18th century, 19.5 cm high
Provenance: A similar recumbent deer illustrated in Chinese and Japanese cloisonné enamels No 58B and a similar standing deer illustrated in Chinese Art Volume II, No 98

More Information

Some occasional firing faults, overall condition good, I cannot see any chips or loss, the base is filled with some sort of composition, the only observation I have is the lower jaw does not sit perfectly under the upper jaw.
