German Hunting Knife, pre WW1, typical of the style which later got carried in the trenches as a private purchase knife. 98mm long single edged blade marked "Garantie Feinstahl". Wooden grips. Overall length 220mm. Complete in a pressed steel scabbard with engraved decoration of a hunter and rabbits. Has a folding latch to lock the knife into the scabbard which is DRGM 633823 marked.

Blade has been well used and sharpened. The scabbard has been dropped and the tip is dented with some loss of metal, see photos.
