CIRCLE OF ALEXANDER MONROE (1802-1844) THREE SKETCHES, comprising a pencil study of a Beech tree dated June 3rd 1835, approximate paper size 34cm x 24cm, together with two views of Tom Tower in Oxford, one being pen and ink on white paper titled and dated 11th March 1836 verso, the other pen and ink on blue paper, approximate sizes 42cm x 33cm, Condition Report: dirty marks to both sketches on white paper, tears to the edges of the blue paper sketch along with discolouration and dirty marks (Provenance: The Arnold Fellows Collection)
