the 72in. laminated and carved hull with bilge keels, gilt propeller, rudder and Plimsol marks with lined decks with fittings, including plated anchors with winches and chain, companionways, ventilators, ship’s bell, covered hatches, rigged derricks with navigation lights, bridge with wood capped rails, and binnacle with speaking tube, rangefinder, deck light and sonar funnel with Final with hooter and safety valve extension pipe for covered lifeboats in davits emergency helm and binnacle and other details mounted on four bronze columns within Plexi glass display case with baize-lined base and silvered plate on table stand, overall measurements – 59 x 92 x 25in. (150 x 234 x 63.5cm.)
Condition report: bow chipped with anchor derek section detached. Some loose rigging, stern flag detached and torn, craquelure and flaking paint to the port side of the superstructure; Top sides probably restored at some point, model case has been replaced and it has lost its original plates and stand.
