A CHARLES I OAK JOINT STOOL, WEST COUNTRY, CIRCA 1630. The double-reeded top of uncommon design, namely a relatively flat-angular edge, shallow lunette-carved rails, on turned legs joined by plain stretchers all round, with particularly tall turned feet, and 56cm high, 47cm wide, 27cm deep.
