RARE FREE MAIL TO HOLLAND - "Francis Freeling" IMPRINT COVER REF. TRANSIT SHIP LETTER WITH 2s-9d TO PAY; 20 Dec. 1825 EL (part of one flap lost, not affecting contents, marks or address) from "G.P.O., LONDON" with "O.H.M.S. Francis Freeling" imprints on the address side, sent free to "Rotterdam" (charged "10" Dutch postage on delivery; partly fine "Engeland/Over Brielle" on the flap) and so having a fine red 2-ring London crowned "FREE" ds on the front with mostly printed contents advising that "THERE is a [Ship] Letter... at this Office directed to you which cannot be forwarded until the postage of [2/9] is paid...".
