The canvases have not been lined. Rubbing and abrasions to the framing edges. Some brown spots of surface dirt to the sky.The canvas without the bridge, with a small spot of paint loss (approx. 5mm), to the lower left quadrant (visible in online and catalogue illustrations). The canvas is also a little slack.Inspection under UV light reveals light retouching and in-filling scattered throughout, as well as traces of a green dirty varnish.
