A LATE 19TH CENTURY JAPANESE FLOORSTANDING VASE, having deeply fluted flared rim, decorated to the body of the vase with panels of social scenes and exotic birds, the neck of the vase having panels depicting rural scenes, heavily restored, approximate height 94cm (condition: there are 10 images online with photographs 5,6 and 7 in particular showing the damage, the rim has had three large pieces broken out and glued back in as well as chips and cracks from the frilled rim, a large oval section has been broken out of the widest part of the vase and glued back in)
