Ottoman, leather is dry and torn in several areas and quite worn, wood has a few marks and scratches in places.
Chair, quite worn to the back and arms with some fading, small tear at the top edge of the top cushion, lower cushion also has a couple of small tears, back of the chair is quite faded, various marks and scratches to the wood in places.
