Anglo Zulu War South Africa Medal with 1879 Clasp, adapted into menu card holder, for use in officer's mess. Medal awarded to 2029 Pte J Cronshaw 2/4th Foot Kings Own Royal Regiment (Lancaster) inscription to stand 'Presented to the officer's mess 2md Wyre (Vols) by Capt J Wardle 1902.

The stand has been soldered to the medal and is not detachable. The Medal has surface scratches and indentations to the rim. There is no obvious evidence that the medal has been renamed. Photographs have been added to assist bidders own assessment of condition and authenticity.
