F P Hopkins (1830-1913) titled "18th Hole Westward Ho!" Watercolour/mixed media signed and dated 1895 to the bottom right hand corner - image 11.25" x 17.5" framed and glazed overall 12.5" x 19.25". Note on the reverse handwritten notes with reference to '5th edition of Badminton Library Revised January 1895, page 314, a similar study' together with an interesting label from Brown and Heyward Bideford with hand written name Miss Hopkins (paid) Westward Ho!
