A YELLLOW METAL DIAMOND SET BAR BROOCH, centring on an oval onyx panel set with a single cut diamond in a milgrain setting, onyx is set with four triple claws, to a tapering polished yellow and white metal bar, fitted with a brooch pin and small suspension hoop to be worn as a pendant, unmarked, length 65mm, approximate gross weight 4.4 grams, together with a fitted boxed signed to the inside 'Crooke & Riley Ltd, Jewellers & Goldsmiths 37 & 38High Street Birmingham' (condition report: general light wear, etched to the reverse 1893, slight discoloration to the reverse of the brooch, pin and clasp in good order, overall condition good)
