The Petrel of Leith, 1886 A marble slab, probably Roman, and other offcuts Large column measures 60cm x 19cm x 11cm, together with smaller fractions. Known as The Marble Wreck, lost off of Wine Cove, near Treyarnon on 9th December 1886. The majority of the marble was salvaged and sold to a St Austell monumental mason.
