An unusually long Indian matchlock jezail, 79" overall, slender barrel 63" with very faint traces of gold decoration and tall rearsight, plain stock, the straight butt having some simple fluted carving and with very elaborate trigger. Basically GC, some age wear and patina overall, action AF, a recent wide copper reinforcing band near the breech. £120-150
