An unusual Wurtemberg Ferris wheel automaton timepiece. Circa 1900, in pressed silvered and gilt metal case, patent number 8756, height 29cm, with glass dome and ebonised stand. Bought as a wedding present in 1938 The movement is working and has been running for 15 minutes and the Ferris wheel is turning at a steady rate as the clock runs.
