An American .21" Pope's Patent pull barrel air pistol, the smooth bore plated brass barrel 11", with one piece cast iron frame and butt, the latter pierced to take a wire shoulder stock, the air chamber rear plug stamped "Pope Bros. USA" and various European patents to 1880 (some indistinct), bright nickel plated overall. WO & basically GC, rust patches overall where the plating has flaked off. £80-100
