A rare commemorative Eamon de Valera Irish silver medallion, stating his time in office and featuring an embossed de Valera bust with great detail. This medallion states the marker as "Jewellery & Metal Manufacturing Co Ltd" and carries the E.U Glensheen hallmark. Weight of silver: 25.63 grams. Encased in its original presentation box. This Irish crafted centenary medallion was struck from a limited quantity of silver obtained from a special smelting of silver from the Tynagh Mine in County Galway. Only 900 made.
