Japanese Signed Tang Wakizashi Short Sword
18 inch, single edged blade of typical form. Minor edge nicks. The tang with multi character Japanese signature. Single peg hole. Short copper habaki. Steel, pierced sun ray tsuba. Steel fuchi and kabuto-gane. Shagreen covered grip with tan cord binding (some faults). Contained in its black lacquered wooden scabbard (seam split).
