1939-48 set of thirteen in blocks of fifteen, the bottom three rows of the sheet with imprint in each case save the 3a block, which is also a block of fifteen from the lower left corner with imprint, and the 14a which is from the lower right corner with imprint and Plate 1. Unmounted mint with creamy o.g., a couple of low values with damaged right selvedge (and one 2a with associated slight damage). SG 16-27, £1950 The sheet format precludes fully-matched blocks. The ½a to 2½a plus the 8a were in sheets of 16 rows of five stamps each, the 3a and 14a 8 rows of ten stamps each, and the rupee values in 12 rows of five stamps each
