(disinfection chisel slits, hinge remnants, stamp does not belong; not tied & no indentations) from Walloon to Dieppe with extremely scarce red diamond "GB/1f66C" accountancy mark (2 strikes, one v. fine; with small "f" rather than standard large "F") on the front along with "12" decimes h.s. charge.
