A pair of late 18th Century John Probin of Birmingham made flintlock pistols. Rounded wooden butt with trigger guard engraved with flower head and further decorated with a brass pineapple motif. Both the lock plate and barrel stamped with J. Probin. Ramrod present. One mechanism AF (doesn't cock correctly / half cocks). Measures approx 37cm.
