Clocks: A late 19^th century mantel clock, a gilt spelter figurine of a reclining maiden admiring herself in a hand mirror next to a pedestal containing the striking clock mechanism. The enamelled dial decorated with flowers around the Arabic numerals, the pedestal with flowers and leaves in a rococo style. Signed 'Maxim' to the rear, the marble plinth 47.5cm wide.
