Two Chinese carved hardwood figural lamp bases, Early 20th century The first carved with a peacock perched in a tree, the second with two birds perched on rocks beside a flowering plant, 35cm and 37cm high, together with three carved hardwood animal figures. (5)
The peacock lamp has some splits to the base. The birds lamp has a split to the back of the upper bird and to one of the upper branches. The animal figures show minor/negligible signs of age.
