ELLIOTT's MEDAL FOR THE DEFENCE OF GIBRALTER, 1782. A medal commemorating the defence of Gibralter by Hanoverian troops, dated 13th September 1872, the reverse 'Bruderschaft' (Brotherhood), signed 'Pingo' below the wreath, 4.8cm. Possibly a later strike. *CR Very slight nicks to rim and rubbing.
