A CASED SILVER OPEN FACE POCKET WATCH, key wound, round cream dial signed 'Improved Patent', large black Roman numerals, subsidiary dial at the six o'clock position, with a polished case with a vacant worn cartouche, inside case back hallmarked 'John William Hammon' London 1859, movement signed ' Dewsbury Thos Gilliwell, No. 1695, approximate case width 53.2mm, together with a fitted box and watch key (condition report: watch winds and runs although time keeping is untested, some wear to the hands, overall condition good)
