Two French Chassepot Bayonets
22 1/2 inch, single edged, yataghan blade with large fuller. Spine with maker dated 1868. Steel hook quillon and muzzle ring. Possible German regimental stamps "26.L.1.1.6.". Brass ribbed grip. Contained in its blackened steel scabbard. Together with a similar example blade dated 1869. Complete in scabbard. 2 items.
