1914-15 Star trio to 2/Lieut E.D. Dawson R.A.F. (54345 Cpl E.D. Dawson R.E. on star) good very fine (verdigris spot on reverse of Victory). With original portrait photo in RAF officer's uniform, copied MIC and 3 pages of RAF records. Edmund Daine Dawson was born 1/1/89, served 14 years in RE before transferring to RFC, trade was aero engineer, commissioned 6/6/17, served post war with Palestine Bde, 214 and 216 Sqns, appointed to IA.R.O. 15/7/20.
