"30", Sept. 1863 env. with single 1d Red ex Cheltenham and so with v. fine boxed "EXCG./OZ/DEFICIENT POSTAGE [5]/BRITISH SHARE OF FINE [3=8]", and 1872/3 pair ex Yarm/Glasgow with single 3d Rose-red or 3x1d Reds but both marked "INSUFFICIENTLY/STAMPED" and the former also with scarce Quebec h.s.
