A mid 20th century certified colour change sapphire cluster, the oval cut sapphire (stated as 4.62 carats) within a border of twelve round cut diamonds, set within a white metal coronet style mount leading to yellow metal under bezel and plain polished band, stamped '18ct & Plat' ring size M, total diamond weight estimated 1.20 carats, with 'The Gem & Peal Laboratory' certificate stating the sapphire to be of Sri Lankan origin, no evidence of heat treatment, carat size 4.62 carats (9.8 x 8.0 x 6.7mm) blue in daylight and purple in incandescent light

Sapphire has dark crystal inclusions, two phase inclusions and colour zoning (with x10 loupe)
There is a minor chip to the girdle of the sapphire.
Settings are in good condition.
Diamonds are a variety of colours and clarity, with one significantly drawing colour.
The mount with minor surface scratches and blemishes, commensurate with being worn.
Shank shows no obvious signs of thinning or repair
